March – Choreography & Performance

1st March: Precision & Pickup – Work on accuracy and speed in learning choreography.

8th March: Storytelling & Expression – Add personal style and emotional depth to your performance.

15th March: Performance Tech & Camera Prep – Refine stage presence and camera engagement.

22nd March: Performance Day – Showcase your solo piece and capture your growth with professional footage.

February – Technique Month

1st Feb: Floorwork Flows – Dive into foundational floor-work techniques, focusing on smooth transitions and weight distribution.

8th Feb: Ballet Foundations (Guest Teacher) – Hone your posture, alignment, and balance through precise and targeted ballet drills.

15th Feb: Turn Tech – Strengthen your ankles and master the mechanics of controlled pirouettes and turn variations.

22nd Feb: Inversions – Safely explore inversion techniques with emphasis on hip alignment, core stability, and controlled landings.
